INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The City Government of Pasig through Ordinance No. 38 dated November 14, 2008 duly approved
by the Sanggunian Panglungsod appropriated funds in the sum as enumerated below being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC), invites potential Bidders to apply for eligibility for the following projects:

Bidders shall possess a valid Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license applicable for
each of the above type and cost of the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value OF AT LEAST
50% of the ABC. Only those Bidders passing the eligibilities check will be entitled to purchase the bidding
Documents and submit Bid proposals

All particulars relative to Eligibility Check Bid Security, Evaluation of Bids, Postqualification and Award of
Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its IRR.


1 Submission of Letter of Intent together with the
required eligibility statements
shall be not later than 3:00 P.M. of June 22, 2009

2 Issuance of Bid Tender Documents only to Eligible
bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of an
amount as per BAC Resolution No.1 series of 2007
Until 12:00 P.M. of June 24, 2009

3 Pre bidding Conference
shall be exactly 2:00 P.M. of
June 25, 2009

4 Submission and Opening of the Technical and
Financial Proposals
shall be exactly 10:00 A.M. of July 07, 2009

Late Bids shall not be accepted.


The City Government of Pasig reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the
bidding process and reject all Bids at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby recurring any
liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
