involves the Construction of a New Primary School. Under this project the
contractor is required to participate actively in the economic and social
regeneration of the locality of and surrounding the place of delivery for
the project. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate in
particular to social and environmental considerations.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Applicants
are required to include with their expressions of interest their
Constructionline registration number. Constructionline is the UK
Government's national pre-qualification register for construction
contractors and consultants. Applicants not on Constructionline are
encouraged to register, as it will simplify the pre-qualification process.

procurement process will benefit the local economy by providing a quicker
distribution of public funds into the market and the early execution would
be of benefit to construction industry.

IV.2.1) Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender in
terms of the criteria stated in the specifications, in the invitation to
