Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128707/C/SER/ID.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: DCI.
4. Financing: Indonesia annual action programme 2008: EU-Indonesia trade
support programme II.
Financing agreement DCI-ASIE/2008/020069.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Jakarta, INDONESIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The contract consists of the provision of
technical assistance services to assist the Government of Indonesia in the
implementation of the EU-Indonesia trade support programme II (TSP II).
The objective of this programme is to upgrade the quality infrastructure
that supports Indonesia's access to international markets, to be achieved
by (i) strengthening the institutional framework of the export quality
infrastructure system and (ii) providing technical assistance to related
government institutions
8. Indicative budget: 10 000 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: 3rd quarter
2009.
10. Additional information The procedure may be launched with a
suspensive clause because the financing agreement is not yet signed
between the European Commission and the beneficiary country.
11. Legal basis: Financing instrument for development cooperation
(Regulation (EC) No 1905/2006 of the EP and the Council — OJ L 378/65 of
27.12.2006).
Remarks:
