U.S. Army Research, Develpment & Engineering Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to provide full spectrum support in the areas of business and financial management including all aspects of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES). Contract personnel will research analyze, report on, and manage financial data and other information related to the programs, projects, and contracts funded by the DOT&E. The contractor will provide research, analyses, and financial management support to the DOT&E Business and Financial Manager. This solicitation will be posted to the website on or about July 08,2009. This resultant contract will be a IDIQ contract with Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Period of performance shall be for Base Year w/Five Option Years.
