garantia de participare: 14.730lei/toate loturile, defalcat cf. anexa 1 din documentatie, sau anexa B la prezentul anunt. Garantia de buna executie 5% din val. contractului fara TVA

- dotare minima cu mijloc de transport, aparat foto digital si software pentru modelarea structurii
- nivelul de pregatire al personalului angajat, colaborator sau asociati.

a)O lista a principalelor prestari servicii efectuate în ultimii 3 ani. Se cere cel putin îndeplinirea unui contract de servicii similar (expertizare tehnica. b)Declaratie din care sa rezulte ca detine cel putin un mijloc de transport, aparat foto digital si software pentru modelarea structurii c)Declaratie privind numarul de experti tehnici de calitate cu care colaboreaza în mod curent. Ofertantul trebuie sa dispuna de minim 2 experti tehnici care sa aiba minim 3 ani vechime în activitatea de expert tehnic atestat de MDLPL Documente din care sa reiasa certificarea de calitate
