SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

authority shall enter into a framework agreement for spike strips. The
contract is for the police in Norway. Based on previous years, the amount
is estimated to be 40-60 spike stripes per annum. This amount is not
binding for the awarding authority.
