1.     T hisInvitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue no. 684 of August 16 2006. 

2.    B osnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the International Development Associationtoward the cost of Solid Waste Management Project, and it intends to apply part of theproceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for "       Supply of recyclingfacility on landfill Desetine Tuzla and containers for waste collection", No: BA-SWM-ICB-164-G-09-3672-BOS/TZ.  

3.      JKP "Regionalni centar za upravljanje cvrstimotpadom" d.o.o. Tuzla now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supply of:

       LOT   1.    Recycling facility -    1 piece

     L OT 2.   C ontainers for waste collection and hydraulicpress containers: 

                      Containers for wastecollection       950 pieces

                                    Hydraulic presscontainers

Bidders may bid for one or more lots under thisinvitation. Each lot shall be evaluated and separate contracts will be awarded separately to the bidder(s) offering the lowestevaluated total price for each lot.

4.   Bidding will beconducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures, specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits ( edition May 2004), and it willbe open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries asdefined in the Guidelines.

and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address givenbelow from 9.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. every working day.   

6.    Qualifications requirements include:

·                Proofof legal status and place of registration;

·               Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Bid to commit the

       Bidder;

·               Manufacturer's authorization;

·               Bidsecurity;

·                Documents which proves that the Bidder completed successfully contracts  as a prime supplier involving delivery of similarequipment in the past three years;

·                Declaration stating ability to start resolving problems on equipmentwithin 24 hours upon written notification;

·                Statement confirming after sales services in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A margin of preference forcertain goods manufactured domestically shallnot   be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. 

7.          Acomplete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders onthe submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 200 BAM     or 100 EURO.   The method of payment will be direct deposit to specifiedaccount:

The Bidding Documents will be sent by     mail or courier, or bye-mail as per request, only upon abovementioned payment    .

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below before July 20, 2009 until 12.00 CET.   Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.   Bids will be opened in thepresence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12.00 CET July 20, 2009    .       All bids for each lot must be accompanied by a Bid security asfollows:
