IDF Grant for Ministry of Economy Capacity Building Project
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
Grant No. TF 092478


The Republic of Armenia has received financing in the amount of US$ 390.0 thousand equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the IDF Grant for Ministry of Economy Capacity Building Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for consulting services to be procured under this project.

The objective of the Project is to build capacity in the Ministry of Economy through introducing new and innovative practices into their internal processes and piloting advanced models of policy making.

The project will include the following components:

Component 1. Advancing Institutional Development
Component 2. Strengthening Policy Analysis Capacity

Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers published by the World Bank in May 2004 and revised in October 2006.

Specific procurement notices for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business and dgMarket as well as in “Hayastani Hanrapetutyun” local newspaper.
