Second Land and Real Estate Registration Project
GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
Grant No H380 KG

Th Kyrgyz Republic has received financing in the amount of US$ 5,85 Million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second Land and Real Estate Registration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.

The project will include the following components:

(i) Organizational Development and Improved Services
(ii) Expanding Spatial and Legal Land and Real Estate Data
(iii) Professional Development and Standards

Procurement of Goods will include:

(i) Procurement of vehicles for Central and Regional Offices of Gosregister
(ii) Procurement of Orthophotogrametry in Urban and Rural settings
(iii) GPS equipment with One and Dual Frequency
(iv) Hardware for ARS, KLIS and GIS for Bishkek and Osh
(v) Software Development and modification for ARS, KLIS and GIS. Database and other licenses for ARS and KLIS

Procurement of Consultancy Services will include:

(i) International Consultancy Services (mainly individuals) to provide specific short-term inputs in fields of Cadastral Mapping, Organizational Management, IT, Public Relations, Training, Economist/Business Planning, Creation of Internal Auditing for Function and Staff(firm), External Auditing of Consolidated Financial Statements(firm), FM/CG assessment (firm)

Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (May 2004, revised October 2006), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004, revised October 2006).

Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the World Bank’s international competitive bidding (ICB) procedures and for contracts for consultancy services will be announced, as they become available, in UN Development Business and dgMarket and Slovo Kyrgyzstana or Vecherniy Bishkek National Newspaper.

Interested eligible bidders who wish to be included on the mailing list to receive invitations to bid under ICB procedures, and interested consultants who wish to receive a copy of advertisement requesting expressions of interest for consultancy contracts, or those requiring additional information, should contact the address below.
