DescriptionProvision of services to update signage at a number of Australian Electoral Commission offices
Conditions for Participation

1.It is a condition of participation in this RFT that Tenderers comply with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry revised September 2005 and reissued June 2006, available at www.workplace.gov.au/building.

2. It is a condition of participation in this RFT that the Tenderer not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women Act 1999 as at the Tender Closing Time

3. It is a condition of participation in this RFT that the tenderer has no unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions made against the tenderer relating to employee entitlements.
