Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128601/D/SUP/AM.
2. Procedure: International open procedure.
3. Programme: Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation (INSC).
4. Financing: Action programme 2008.
5. Contracting authority: Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, Metsamor,
Yerevan, REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA.
6. Contract description: Modernisation of the existing ANPP Radiation
Protection System (RPS) to meet standard safety requirements, as
recommended in IAEA guidelines and applied in the NPPs of EU countries.
This includes design, supply, installation/commissioning supervision of:
a. additional contamination control barriers,
b. replacement of obsolete RPS equipment,
c. additional detectors, monitors, etc.,
d. a personal radiation dose electronic registration system.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: 1 lot.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: Summer 2009.
9. Additional information: None.
10. Legal basis: Council Regulation (Euratom) No 300/2007 of 19.2.2007
establishing an Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation.
