INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:

Name of Project : Project I - Drugs and Medicines (PSWDO)
Location : Provincial General Services Office/Provincial Government of Bukidnon
Brief Description : For ECCD CWC PAGCOR program of the Province of Bukidnon
Approved Budget : Project 1 - P 926,518.00
Delivery Period : 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable documents fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos only (500.00).

Bids and Eligibility requirements must be delivered at BAC Office, Capitol compound, Malaybalay City. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 1% for Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Managers Check, Bank Draft or Irrevocable letter of credit; 1.5% Bank Guarantee; 2.5% for Surety Bond of the Approved Budget for the Contract as advertised. Late Bids shall not be accepted.

The Province of Bukidnon reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
