to conduct an institutional review of the Barbadian sugar cane industry
with specific attention to the analysis, review and recommendations for
improvements to the operations of:
(i) the Barbados Agricultural Management Company Ltd;
(ii) independent and small farmers; and
(iii) identification, impact assessment and design of programmes in
support of displaced workers.
