Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128589/C/SER/RS.

3. Programme: IPA.
4. Financing: IPA 2007.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The project is expected to provide an annual
training structure for new and existing members of the tax administration
of the Republic of Serbia. The project will, among other things, prepare
an annual training plan and programme, prepare curricula, draw up training
material and implement training.
8. Indicative budget: 1 000 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: October
2009.
