II.4) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKS: This is a prior
information notice in relation to the Pilot "Warmer Homes Scheme Plus".
The scheme will provide the following energy efficiency measures in
pre-approved homes: attic insulation; draught proofing; wall insulation
(cavity, internal and external); oil, gas or biomass central heating;
solar water heating; advanced glazing. A panel of Project Co-ordinators to
manage and carry out these works will be appointed subject to tender from
registered contractors or installers under the Home Energy Saving Scheme
and Greener Homes Scheme.
