INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO RE-BID

The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:

Description & ABC : for Day Care Center for Entire Bukidnon

• 500 sets CRC Story Books (8 titles) - One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150,000.00)

• 500 sets Batang Historyador (5 titles) - Sixty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 66,500.00

• 500 sets Adarna Story Books (20 titles) -Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 400,000.00)

• 500 pcs My First 100 Words - Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 50,000.00)

• 500 pcs A First Look at Philippine Flowers - Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P 35,000.00)

• 500 pcs A First Look at Philippines Fruits - Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P 35,000.00)

• 500 pcs A First Look at Philippine Trees - Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P 35,000.00)

• 500 pcs Philippine Heroes (assorted) - Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P 75,000.00)

• 500 pcs Flash Cards (letters/numbers) - One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100,000.00)

Location of the Project : Day Care Centers for entire Bukidnon

Project Completion/Duration : Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed


Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
