procurement exercise was to establish a multi-vendor framework agreement
for the undertaking of projects to support the ongoing development of the
Department’s Service Delivery modernisation Programme. These projects will
include both the ongoing development and refinement of the ICT business
object model and infrastructure, together with an organisational change
strand which will entail the design, development and implementation of new
organisational structures and business processes and procedures designed
to maximize customer service and to deliver efficiencies in business by
taking advantage of the new information and communication technology (ICT)
systems.
