Prior information notice – system for project and portfolio control.
II.2) TYPE OF CONTRACT AND PLACE OF DELIVERY OR OF PERFORMANCE: Supplies.
Main place of performance or of delivery: Brønnøysund.
II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: The Brønnøysund Register Centre (the Awarding Authority)
considers procurement of system for project and portfolio control. Basis
will be the PMI’s (Project Management Institute) standards for project
control (PMBOK Guide, Fourth Edition) and portfolio control. The Awarding
Authority requests one system or a combination of systems/solutions.

II.5) SCHEDULED DATE FOR START OF AWARD PROCEDURES: 15.12.2009.
II.7) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: After receiving information and inputs
subsequent to prior information notice published in 2008
(http://www.doffin.no/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=147887), the Awarding
Authority realises that the description of the assignment was a bit
insufficient. The Awarding Authority will therefore require further
information. The Brønnøysund Register Centre (the Awarding Authority)
considers procurement of system for project and portfolio control. Basis
will be the PMI’s (Project Management Institute) standards for project
control (PMBOK Guide, Fourth Edition) and portfolio control. The Awarding
Authority requests one system or a combination of systems/solutions. In
order to obtain the best possible basis for further planning, budgeting
and selection of technology, the Awarding Authority will require
information of potential standard system available in the market. The
requested information is ADVANCED description of such standard systems and
STANDARD requirements for the procurement (budget price). The Awarding
Authority also requests tenders for maintenance. Training costs must be
specified and the description shall also contain examples of
implementation plans. Tender notice of the procurement, if any, will be
15.12.2009. All questions shall be addressed the following e-mail address:

address within 10.6.2009.
