Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128544/C/SER/MK.

3. Programme: IPA 2008.
4. Financing: Budget line 22.020100 — financing agreement for transition
assistance and institutional building, component 1.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the
Delegation of the European Commission, on behalf of and for the account of
the beneficiary country, Skopje, FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The project aims at strengthening central and
local level administrative capacities for design of a functional
integrated administration and control system, in particular the
establishment and functioning of a land parcel identification system in
the whole territory of the country.
8. Indicative maximum budget: 600 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: September
2009.
