INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Office of the President through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested suppliers/distributors duly authorized top sell by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to apply for eligibility and to bid for the procurement of aircraft components for Presidential S-70A Blackhawk Helicopter, viz:

Bidders may submit a bid proposal in any or all lots thereof.

Eligibility and Bid/Tender Documents may be secured from the BAC Secretariat, Office of the President Rm. M-121, Ground Floor Mezzanine, Mabini Hall, Malacañang, Manila (Tel. No. trunk line 784-42-86 loc. 4914, 4124 & 4215), upon payment of non-refundable fee/s as indicated above beginning on May 15, 2009 (Friday) to May 22, 2009 (Friday) 2009 from 8:00AM to 12:00NN, and from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

A pre-bid conference will be held on May 25, 2009 (Monday) at 10:00AM at GGAO Conference Room, Room M-121, Ground Floor Mezzanine, Mabini Hall, Malacañang, Manila

Deadline for the submission of the Eligibility and Bid/Tender Documents/Forms shall be on June 8, 2009 (Monday) at 12:00NN, GGAO, Room M-121, Ground Floor Mezzanine, Mabini Hall, Malacañang, Manila. The opening of bids will be held on the same day at 2:00PM at the GGAO Conference Room.

The Office of the President-Bids and Awards Committee (OP-BAC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, with or without cause and to award the contract to the bidder whose bid is deemed most advantageous to the Government.
