II.1) TITLE ATTRIBUTED TO THE CONTRACT BY THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY:
Delivery of services, landowners' interests.
II.2) TYPE OF CONTRACT AND PLACE OF DELIVERY OR OF PERFORMANCE: Services.

Main place of performance or of delivery: All over Norway.
II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: Publication of contract(s) for delivery of services within
leased properties, forest, agricultural and contract administration as
well as safeguarding the landowners’ interests. The Awarding Authority
which is one of Norway’s largest landowners, is planning to publish
service procurement agreements during autumn 2009.
The extent of the requested services is subject to further considerations
and the principal areas in the existing service procurement contracts are:
Administration of forests’ and outlying field’s recourses, including
hunting, fishing and renting of cottages. Administration of gravel and
mineral occurrences and disposal of masses.
Administration of leased properties’ contracts including redemption,
regulation and other applications, other leasing agreements, contribution
to local presence, contribution in connection with scheme cases.
The tenderer shall provide an overview of the properties’ prices.
Assignments in connection with general landowner functions will also be
included in the contract. At present the assignment is divided between two
service providers.
Such division may also be accepted in the new contract. If the contract is
divided it is expected that the service providers interact. The
publication of the tender notice will be in accordance with chapter II in
the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulations. Subject to clarification
regarding services without priority.
