5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the Kyrgyz Republic,
Bishkek, KYRGYZSTAN.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The overall objective of the contract is to
support Government structural reforms in areas related to social
protection and public finance management (PFM). The technical assistance
team will also be charged with the overall monitoring of the
implementation of the EC budget support programmes in the Kyrgyz Republic.
8. Indicative budget: 900 000 EUR.
