II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The aim is to
establish a framework agreement for subscriptions and traffic on landline
and mobile telephones. The contract shall include all telephony costs such
as traffic costs, subscriptions and any costs connected to changes/moves.
The contract shall also include telephone exchanges which are upgraded to
handle SIP trunks to the public network.
