Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128479/C/SER/RS.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: IPA 2008.
4. Financing: National IPA 2008.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission Delegation to the Republic of Serbia, on behalf of and for the
account of the beneficiary country, Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: The project aims to increase the efficiency of
the conformity assessment structure in Serbia through the further
development of the relevant legislative and institutional framework and
strengthening the capacity of the conformity assessment bodies, the
Accreditation Board, Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals,
Institute of Standardisation and Ministry of Economy and Regional
Development as well as market surveillance capacities.
8. Indicative budget: 1 200 000 EUR.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: September
2009.

11. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006
