This is a combined synopsis/solicitation forcommercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; proposals are being requested inresponse to this notice and a written solicitationwill NOT be issued. This solicitation is beingissued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submitonly written Proposals for RFP DE-RP75-09SW90318.This solicitation document and incorporatedprovisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. This acquisitionis a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICScode is 334515 with a small business size standard of500 employees. This RFQ contains Four (4) line items. The line item descriptions are asfollows: NOTE: All references to specific brand names, part numbers or modelinformationis for informational purposes only, Quotes for all makes/manufacturers willbeconsidered so long as items quoted meet the applicable quality/capabilityofthe item specified. CLIN 0001 - QTY 10- ION 7330 Power Meter Transducers CLIN 0002 - QTY 12- ION 8600 Series Advanced Revenue Meters (A0B) CLIN 0003 - QTY 1 - ION 8600 Series Advanced Revenue Meters (B0B) CLIN 0004 - QTY 12- OPM 8600 Series Digital and Analog I/O All proposals must be FOB Destination. All proposals must include aproposed delivery date. PROVISIONS: The following FAR provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items;FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (completed as follows):(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from thissolicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to thesolicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price andother factors considered.
