SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION

Support, maintenance and services Remedy IT Service Management.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The awarding
authority (PDMT) shall enter into a contract for support and maintenance
of Remedy IT Service Management. Remedy IT Service Management is PDMT's
tool for handling cases and errors which are registered from the service
places that PDMT support.
Remedy IT Service Management shall ensure PDMT efficient registration and
follow up of cases and error situations.
Furthermore, the contract shall give PDMT's employees the possibility of
training and teaching in the programmes included in the contract, as well
as giving PDMT the possibility of supplementary purchases of user licences
for the software.
