The Provincial Government of Bukidnon with office address at Capitol Compound, City of Malaybalay, Bukidnon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project.

Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract, with a value of at least 50 % of the ABC Contract. The BAC will use the non-discretionary pass ∕ fail criteria in the Eligibility⁄ Check ∕ Screening as well as Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security. Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation IRR) and GPPB Resolution.

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the BAC Secretariat Office, Tel. No. 088-221-3114 & 088-813-2141, Capitol Compound, Malaybalay City upon their submission of LOI and upon payment of non-refundable fee of P 100.00 for Eligibility Form to the Office of the Provincial Treasurer, Provincial Capitol, Malaybalay City. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check at the BAC on same address.

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents to eligible bidders for the bidding upon payment of non refundable amount of P5,000.00 for each project to the Provincial Treasurer's Office, Provincial Capitol, Malaybalay City.

The Provincial Government of Bukidnon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assume no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid thereto and award the contract to any bidder whose proposal as determined by the BAC, is the advantageous to the Government.
