This presolicitation notice was originally issued under solicitation number W52H09-09-R-0510. The original release date was on April 3, 2009. A modification was done changing the solicitation number to W52H09-09-R-0125.

This solicitation is restricted to Global Strategies Group (North America) Inc. division Global Defense Engineering, 28712 Glebe Rd, Easton, MD, 21601-7431. Offerors from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. NSN: 5450-01-486-6181, Part Number 5-13-6518-1. The item to procure is a GFM consists of Two-side expandable ISO shelter, National Stock Number (NSN) 5411-01-136-9838, part number 5-4-3118. The toilets are Microphor Model LF 320. Each toilet is lubricated with Microphor part #94015 IAW manufacturers instructions. The female side has six toilet stalls and a wash area. The male side has five toilet stalls, two urinals and a wash area. Each stall is constructed with three solid walls and a fabric entrance curtain. Each wash area has two sinks, two stainless steel mirrors, one liquid soap dispenser, one paper towel dispenser, one wastebasket, and one six-gallon water heater. Requirements is a indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with a guaranteed minimum of 6 each and contract maximum of 10 each. Estimated issue date is April 29, 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
