DescriptionThe Service Provider will be required to manufacture various types of customised envelopes to be printed with the artwork, and according to the specifications and quantities provided by the AEC. The Service Provider will also be required to package and deliver the envelopes to the specified locations (usually one location in each state and territory) and strictly according to the timetable provided by the AEC.

Timeframe for DeliveryThe expected term of any resulting Contract is an initial term from July 2009 to December 2011. The AEC may exercise an option to extend the contract, for two additional periods of two years.
