Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region requires theservices of a contractor to inspect and evaluate nine electrical equipment shelter buildings in three states for demolition and/or remediation and disposal. This includes inspections for asbestos, lead based paint, and PCB contaminated paint, sampling, making recommendations for remediation or disposal and report writing. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 541620 and the applicable size standard is $7,000,000. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) is attached. Quotes may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register for CCR at www.ccr.gov and register for ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov/. A DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Contractors CCR registration must include the NAICS code specified above and Contractor must meet the size standard applicable to the NAICS.
