THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE 56, BUILDINGS AND BUILDING MATERIALS/INDUSTRIAL SERVICES AND SUPPLIES.The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS, has a requirement to furnish and install specified coating to existing single-ply roofing on Building 1. The work includes pressure washing of membrane; repairing existing flashing and field of roof; and applying single ply primer and high build reflective coating. Manufacturer shall provide a 10-year Quality Assurance Roofing System Restoration Warranty and Maintenance Agreement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 324122 with a size standard of 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
