SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
Police Nordic 9x19mm service and training ammunition.
II.1.2) Type of contract and location of works, place of delivery or of
performance: Supplies.
Purchase.
Main place of delivery: Delivery ex works (INCOTERMS 2000) for tenderers
in Europe, EX WORKS European import port for Tilbydere outside Europe.
II.1.3) The notice involves: The establishment of a framework agreement.
II.1.4) Information on framework agreement: Framework agreement with
several operators.
Maximum number of participants to the framework agreement envisaged: 3.
Duration of the framework agreement: Duration in year(s): 4.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The police's
procurement bodies in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden aim to
enter into framework agreement(s) for the following types of ammunition
for the police forces in the respective countries:
Cal 9x19mm:
Type A - Service ammunition with expanding projectile;
Type B - Service ammunition with non-expanding projectile;
Type C - Training ammunition.
Tenders can be given for one or several of the above mentioned types of
ammunition. One supplier will be chosen within each type of ammunition.

II.1.7) Contract covered by the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA):

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: An unbinding estimate is approx. 21 500
000 shots per annum, divided between the three mentioned types of
ammunition.
II.2.2) Options: Yes.
Description of these options: The contract is for 3 years with an option
for a 1 year extension.
Number of possible renewals: 1
in the case of renewable supplies or service contracts, estimated
timeframe for subsequent contracts: in months: 12 (from the award of the
contract).
II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 36 (from the award of the contract).

projectile.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 35330000.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Approx. 10 000 000 shots per annum.
LOT NO 3
TITLE: Type C: Training ammunition
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Training ammunition (9x19mm).
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 35330000.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Approx. 11 500 000 shots per annum.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national
