Noxious Weed Spraying - This contract requires roadside spot application of listed herbicides for control of specified noxious weeds on the Lochsa and Powell Ranger Districts of the Clearwater National Forest. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, personal protection equipment, transportation, equipment, chemicals, operating supplies, and all elements required to perform the work except those listed as Government-furnished property. Application methods shall be spot application using ground based equipment and may include ATV�s, backpacks, and/or full sized vehicles. Base year 2009 with renewal options for 2010 and 2011. Estimate between 100 and 500 miles and 50 to 300 acres each year.
