The tender process will be administered by the Council’s sole appointed
insurance brokers, Aon Ltd, whose contact details are given in Annexe A
(I).

via ProContract at www.devontenders.gov.uk in due course and
Pre-Qualification Questionnaires will also be made available at this
portal' instead of 'The Council intend to operate a E Tendering process.
Interested parties should request a pre qualification questionnaire by
registering with the council (Doug.jenkin@torridge.gov.uk).
The Contract period is a minimum of 3 Years with a 2 year extension option
but a Break Clause is also sought in view of the possibility of a change
in the unitary status position in April 2011.
