Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128417/C/SUP/RS.

3. Programme: National IPA programme 2008.

5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Contract description: Supply of equipment and vehicles for the
treatment of the healthcare waste: the project is expected to render
improved infectious healthcare waste management in 35 healthcare
facilities in Serbia, located in 25 administrative districts in Serbia,
and put in place an effective and efficient system for the collection,
storage, treatment and disposal of infectious healthcare waste, in
accordance with Serbian requirements and EU directives.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: lot 1: health care waste
treatment equipment;
lot 2: vehicles.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: May 2009.

10. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 of 17.7.2006
establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance.
