Description
These are 5 separate dwellings in the Gosnells area that require refurbishment internal and externally to the property.
Currently all properties are occupied so you must make contact with the Department before you access the property for viewing.
14A Nicholas St Gosnells is a duplex half with the other half being privately owned, please note that work undertaken to our dwelling must not interfere with or damage any property belonging to the Private owners.
All properties will be vacant while work is being undertaken.
