services: In the context of trade policy, the Commission intends to launch
a tender divided into 2 lots, for event-management services. Lot 1 will
include all events which take place in Belgium, lot 2 will include all
events which take place in any other EU Member State and third countries.
In both lot 1 and 2, the nature of the services required will be:
organising conferences, seminars and meetings, including renting venues,
catering, providing equipment (such as computers, beamers, microphones
etc.), interpretation and cabins, event organisation, local transport,
travel, logistics and accommodation.
Estimated cost excluding VAT: 7 000 000 EUR.

such as conferences, seminars and meetings, including services such as
renting venues, equipment (such as computers, beamers, microphones etc.),
catering,interpretation/interpretation cabins, event organisation,
transport, travel, logistics and accommodation in Belgium.

in developing countries and any Member State (except Belgium — see lot 1);
conferences, seminars and meetings. This includes services such as renting
venues, catering, interpretation, event organisation, equipment (such as
computers, beamers, microphones etc.), transport, travel, logistics,
accommodation, identifying specific target group and inviting
participants, registration, reimbursement of participants expenses and
production of information and promotional material.
