The Provincial Government of Batangas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all accredited suppliers, distributors and manufacturers to apply for eligibility and to bid on the following projects/s:

distribution to socially disadvantaged families in

16. Purchase of 5,130 pcs.Tshirt w/ collar, 6,233 pcs. 3,242,450.00 General Fund Tshirt w/o collar, 3,200 pcs. Tshirt (long sleeves),
1,000 pcs.Umbrella w/print and Sports Supplies for
distribution to socially disadvantaged families in the
Province of Batangas

17. Purchase of Twelve (12) pcs. 6SM battery, 137,100.00 General Fund
Two (2) pcs. 4D battery and Five (5) pcs. 2D battery
for the repair and maintenance of RP heavy
equipment (Loader, Bulldozer, Backhoe, Dump truck
& Grader (Komatsu)















Schedule of Activities:

1. April 07, 2009 - Posting of Invitation to Bid
2. April 11, 2009 - Advertisement/Publication in Newspaper
3. April 14, 2009 - Issuance of Bid Documents
4. April 21, 2009 (8:00am - 12:00noon) - Receipt of Bid Proposals
5. April 21, 2009 (2:00pm) - Opening of Bids

Complete set of eligibility requirements and bid documents may be obtained from the BAC Office c/o BAC Secretariat at Right Wing Ground Floor Capitol Bldg. Batangas City. Duly accomplished eligibility requirements and bid documents shall be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to BAC Chairman c/o BAC Secretariat on or before April 21, 2009.

All bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond (at least 5 percent of the total bid price) in the form of cash, certified check, or manager's check issued by a commercial bank or surety bond callable on demand issued by GSIS or bonding company duly accredited by the Provincial Government of Batangas.

The BAC of the Provincial Government of Batangas reserves the right to accept or reject all bids thereof, waive formality or defects therein and accept the offer that is considered most advantageous to the provincial government.
