The Government intends to award up to two separate 5 year IDIQ contracts for 1,000 new Improved Signal Data Converter (ISDC) and Mounting Trays, and associated post production support. Competition is limited to contractors with hardware which has received US Army Air Worthiness Release (AWR). Two contracts will be awarded if the price differential between the Total Contract Hardware Price proposed by each bidder does not exceed an amount acceptable to the Government. If Total Contract Hardware Price differential is excessive, then the Government may choose to award a single hardware IDIQ contract to a single contract winner.
