that NIW is seeking applicants to respond to a Pre-Qualification
Questionnaire (PQQ) for the upgrade works to Newtownbreda WwTW and
Dunmurry WWTW to enable NIW to evaluate applicants suitability to be
appointed to a Restricted List in accordance with Utilities Contracts
Regulations 2006.
