II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: The College of West Anglia is inviting expressions of interest
from organisations to provide the services listed in Lot 1 and Lot 2,
within a 3 year contract which will be extendable by mutual consent on an
annual basis up to a maximum of a further 2 years.
Works will include but not be limited to:
Lot 1.
Provide all staffing, equipment and consumables to carry out internal
cleaning of College buildings.
To provide all personnel, plant and equipment to carry out external
cleaning of College buildings.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 600 000 and 750 000 GBP.
Division into lots: yes.

II.7) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Expressions of interest are sought from
professional cleaning and groundcare companies who can demonstrate a
proven track record in carrying out work of a similar nature within the
last 3 years and must demonstrate legal, financial and technical capacity.
All suppliers must complete a pre-qualification questionaire in order to
proceed to the next stage of the tender process.
Only suppliers who meet the pre-qualification criteria will be selected to
continue to the next stage of the tender process.
