Scope of contract: Consultant shall work as facilitating partner to develop production, processing & marketing of milk & dairy products in Afghanistan by strengthening existing dairy production schemes & starting in suitable locations new dairy scheme, thus increasing number of benefiting smallholder farmers, improving livelihood of dairy households & increasing production of milk & dairy products in the country
