Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by or on behalf of UK
public sector bodies. These will include Central Government Departments &
their Agencies -Home Office.
Department for Children Schools and Families.
Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, Department for
Transport, Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
Department for Work and Pensions, Cabinet Office, Her Majesty's Revenue
and Customs, Department of Health and its associated Arms Length Bodies
(ALB’s), NHS - all participating NHS bodies.
(whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of.
Any consortia) along with any other non-NHS bodies which the.
Participants deem necessary for the delivery of services or goods to NHS.

The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years with an option to
extend for up tan additional year.
Buying Solutions envisages an approximate maximum of 8 to 10 suppliers per
Lot for the Framework Agreement.

the Public Sector and associated bodies with a comprehensive range of
Consultancy Services relating to the development of organizational and
business strategy, finance, HR, marketing, procurement and
project/programme management advice and services. Details of the
consultancy range of services have been specified in the descriptions of
Lots 1 to 13 in this advertisement.
Suppliers may seek to bid for one, some or all lots. Suppliers must be
able to provide a comprehensive service specific teach of the
lots/sub-lots against which they wish to tender.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 4 000 000 000 GBP.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The Business Strategy lot provides consultancy
advice on the development of high-level business strategies, presented to
senior-level decision makers. Advice in developing strategic capability, a
strategic approach to policy-making and appraisal of business
structures.IS/IT strategy where it is an integral part of Business
Strategy and a precursor ta delivery oriented ICT strategy(provided from
the ICT consultancy framework).
