Council's Tourism and Marketing Division are looking for a graphic design
overflow services panel to provide creative services. There are likely to
be up to 5 selected agencies on the panel that may be contracted to work
on the graphic design overflow services panel directly with the
authority's Tourism and Marketing Division (Design and Brand Management).
The appointed panel of agencies will add extra capacity / support to the
in-house team. The Panel will be in place for 2 years with an option to
run for a further year.
Suppliers must have the ability to produce finished artwork for the
in-house Design and Brand Management team for a variety of marketing
materials and information literature aimed at both external and internal
audiences. Agencies must be able attend briefings often at short notice
(1/2 a day).
