DescriptionThe design and conduct of bi-annual telephone surveys which will include an analysis and reporting of the results.
Conditions for Participation

Companies must be able to demonstrate Interviewer Quality Control Accreditation (IQCA) or its international equivalent.

Timeframe for Delivery

The successful Tenderer will provide services for two years with an option to extend the contract for a further twelve month period at the discretion of the Bureau.
