The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announces its intent to solicit proposals to provide hazardous waste removal and disposal services throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
The solicitation will be a Full and Open procurement and will be issued on/or about April 1, 2009 at DEA's acquisition website at http://www.dea.gov. Click on Acquisitions; Then Open Solicitations. The solicitation will also be posted here on Federal Business Opportunities website. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation and any amendments. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for this service. All proposals submitted in response to the solicitation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the solicitation. Interested offerors are ! reminded to carefully review the document and fill in all appropriate information where required, including all representations and certifications. Your proposal must be received by the date and time specified in Section L.14 of the solicitation in order to be considered.
