SERVICES: Nottingham City Council will be inviting expressions of interest
from prospective partners to jointly form a Local Housing Company (LHC) to
be responsible for regenerative activity including the development of up
to 5 000 homes (combining socially rented, affordable shared purchase and
market price properties for sale) including redevelopment of brownfield
sites together with associated facilities across a range of sites in the
City of Nottingham over a 10 year period, which will be linked to the
Council's transformational agenda.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 50 000 000,00 and 75 000 000,00 GBP.
