The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if the Bureau considers that the Tender does not meet one or more of the following conditions: (a) Tenderer has provided supporting evidence to demonstrate its ability to comply with all requirements marked as "Essential". This may include documentation such as engineering drawings, test results, reliability analyses or other verifiable statements against the criterion; (b) Tenderer has provided sufficient pricing information to distinguish between any solution meeting different combinations of non-essential requirements (noting that all solutions must meet all essential requirements); (c) Tenderer complies with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999; (d) Tenderer must not be on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under Part 4 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 and the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2002; and (e) Tenderer complies with clause 20 'Conflict of Interest' and clause 21 'Ethical Behaviour' of the Conditions of Tender. |
