Description: Seeking a contractor who can provide a maximum of two (2) fully certified and qualified imagery analysis instructors. These instructors shall work at the Iraqi Intelligence and Military Service School in Taji, Iraq. These instructors shall be required to create the course syllabus, course curriculum, course materials, training aids, and lessons plans in English required to teach two (2) iterations of the Tier III Imagery Analysis Course. All course materials will then be translated into Arabic by the government, at no expense to the contractor. Each course will consist of five (5) weeks (200 hours) of classroom instruction. Course content will include the following topics: IMINT terminology and concepts, principle of ORBAT, the advantages and limitations of Infra Red imagery analysis, the advantages and limitations of Radar Imagery analysis, writing reports following a standard guide, identify military equipment from a variety of imagery sources, use imagery software to prepare imagery based intelligence products (SocetGXP 3.0).

The initial course will be taught by the Contractor instructors and will require the use of an Iraqi translator, which will be provided by the government for this course. The follow on course will be taught by Iraqis with the Contractors serving as Instructor Advisors. Instructor led lectures will provide the foundation for all lessons and will include question and answer sessions to reinforce training. Students will also be required to undertake military equipment recognition training to ensure identification of military equipment. Students will be given guided lessons where the instructors will lead the students in applying methodology to identify and analyze objects on imagery. All lessons will be concluded with end of lesson review questions that will help reinforce and tie the course materials together. The course will incorporate lecture, lesson reviews, practical exercises, and instructor led discussions in a team based learning environment.

During the approximate two week break between the first and second iterations of the Tier III Imagery Analysis Course, one (1) contract instructor will instruct the two (2) Iraqi student instructors on effective classroom instruction techniques and methods.

All instructional classroom materials will be Unclassified and releasable to the Government of Iraq. Note: The U.S. Government does not intend to award official IMINT certifications to the trainees upon completion of this course.
