Notice of Intent to Sole Source The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisition, Facilities Support Services Contracting Branch intends to issue on a sole source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106(b) �Soliciting from a Single Source� with PBI Disaster Restoration, LLC. NIH requires continued emergency response and remediation following flooding or other occurrences in NIH facilities to restore areas to safe and sanitary conditions ASAP and maintain operations. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed price award order for these services. Written responses to this notice will not be honored and a formal solicitation will not be published.
